We are proud to present our premium boarding house for the elderly,“Plan B”, a place where we create ideal conditions for the life and leisure of our guests. Why did we choose exactly this name? It’s simple: to symbolize a new page in the lives of our guests.

We realize that many elderly people can feel moving to a boarding house like a change of usual mode of life. However, Plan B is not just an alternative, but an opportunity to start a new life filled with care, comfort and joy.

In addition, we pay special attention to nutrition. Our menu offers balanced meals prepared from fresh and natural ingredients, taking into account the dietary needs of elderly people.
Create new memories in a friendly atmosphere where every day is filled with care and respect. At our premium guesthouse, we believe that old age is a wonderful stage of life that should be spent in comfort and joy.

The name reflects our philosophy: to provide support and opportunity for a fulfilling new phase of life. At Plan B, we offer services and activities that help residents adapt to life changes and meet them with optimism. Our boarding house is situated in a picturesque location in the spa town of Hévíz, surrounded by nature and fresh air. We have chosen for the boarding house a location that is fully adapted for relaxation and wellness. Every morning our guests can enjoy beautiful views of nature, stroll through well-maintained alleys and engage in outdoor activities. This unique landscape helps to improve the overall quality of life and promotes psycho-emotional well-being, while bathing in the thermal Lake Hévíz helps to solve many problems related to the musculoskeletal system, rheumatic diseases, venous circulation disorders, diseases of the nervous system, diseases of the digestive and respiratory organs.

Round-the-clock assistance of medical personnel

Comfortable accommodation in houses, fully adapted for people of retirement age. Each house is equipped with a full kitchen, where guests can prepare their favorite dishes for themselves and their new neighborhood

There are physical exercises on the territory of the boarding house on working days to keep the body in tone.

  • Also you will receive a contract, by signing which you agree to stay in our boarding house

  • Boarding house “Plan B” provides the opportunity of temporary or permanent residence at your choice – the minimum length of stay in our boarding house is 1 month. Maximum – not limited.

How to leave
an application?

Admission Requirements
& Process

  •  Age of resident in our boarding home is 60 years old and more
  • A completed application for admission is required, as well as up-to-date medical documentation, plus a current psychiatric evaluation.
  • Based on the documentation received, the applicant will be accepted or rejected at the discretion and recommendation of our director.
  • Upon a favorable evaluation, a move-in date will be agreed upon and a contract will be signed.

Payment Procedure in Our Boarding House:

– monthly payment for boarding house is 2500 Euro per person (for this money a person receives 2 rooms in a house of 70 sq. m, a common living room and a common terrace, three meals daily, sauna, outdoor fitness equipment, salt room, swimming pool with hydromassage and Jacuzzi, supervision of medical staff on the territory of the boarding house, participation in all our activities, excursions and organized programs).

– A deposit of 30,000 Euro is also payable

There is an option to pay 2500 Euro for a trial month in the boarding house.
